Standard leases are rental agreements — the device stays OCTA's and we replace or upgrade it as needed. If you'd rather own the equipment at the end of the term, ask us for a lease-to-own quote instead.
Nothing stops working. Pages beyond your monthly bundle are billed at an agreed per-page rate that's set out in the contract, and if you consistently exceed the bundle we'll move you to a better-fitting plan.
Response times are set in your agreement — typically next business day in Accra and Tema. If a device can't be fixed on site within the agreed window on Business and Enterprise plans, we place a loan unit so you keep printing.
Yes. We can bring existing devices into the same service and reporting arrangement so your whole print estate is managed and invoiced in one place.
Most leases run 12–36 months; longer terms lower the monthly fee. Short-term rentals for projects, audits or events can be arranged separately.
